I founded the practice, formerly called Berry Davies LLP, in 2009.
My IP career began in the early 1990s at the UK Intellectual Property Office before moving on to in-house positions at Castrol and BP.
My knowledge and perspective has been shaped by this background in government and global business. Particularly, my ability to offer commercially pragmatic advice whilst managing diverse global trade mark portfolios .
I assist clients of all sizes in filing, prosecuting, maintaining and enforcing trade marks not just in the UK and EU, but all around the world .
I have a range of clients from start-ups and sole traders, through to multi-national corporations. They operate in diverse sectors including food and drink, beauty and personal care products, household products, financial services, software and computing, design, medical, automotive and nautical, sports and leisure, clothing, electronics and chemicals.
As a dad to two young boys I spend my spare time as their taxi service. In the spare time left over I enjoy nothing more than the company of family and friends especially when travel, food and wine are involved.
